If you have an important business meeting coming up, you may want to dress nice for it, research shows that being more conscientious about your looks makes you seem more trustworthy, intelligent and in control of things and in business meetings you’ll want to have as much of that as possible. Looking good at a business meeting is not an easy task but by no means is it a hard task, which is why we’ve written this article to give you some tips on how to dress for business casual.
- Try getting some fancy bags of some sort
If you are a woman, I would recommend trying to get a fancy bag of some sorts. I personally believe that getting some fancy bags is not a terrible thing, it shows wealth and shows to some degree power as well, and you don’t have to spend astronomical amounts of money on it (You can get some louis vuitton bag discount here).
- Wear a nice, custom tailored business suit
Getting a suit that isn’t the right size can look awkward on you and will make you look more clumsy and unprepared, do not underestimate the effect that this can have on a business meeting or a first impression. Don’t be a penny-pincher, go out there and spend some sum on a good suit and get it tailored by a good tailoring company.
- Be sure to pay attention to your shoes
Your shoes can be a pretty decent detail that people tend to miss, having shoes that don’t fit the rest of your suit or your overall outfit can look odd in a perspective that most people won’t be aware of. Wear the right sized shoes and make sure they are polished up beforehand.
